FAQs

What is Reformer Pilates?

Reformer Pilates is a dynamic, low-impact workout performed on a machine called a reformer. It uses adjustable springs, a moving carriage, and straps to add resistance. Each and every reformer class is thoughtfully designed to make you feel inspired, challenged, and most of all feeling your absolute best. Our classes can be adapted to suit each individuals need, offering a dynamic and low-impact workout that focuses on strengthening, lengthening, and toning the body. The sessions often include a variety of exercises that work on posture, balance, and coordination, while also helping to prevent injury and improve mobility.

Do I need to bring anything?

Please bring a water bottle and small towel if needed.
We also advise long hair to be tied up and to remove any loose jewellery.

Is Reformer Pilates suitable for beginners?

Absolutely! Our classes are designed to accommodate all levels, including complete beginners. Our experienced instructors will guide you through the basics at a comfortable pace and provide modifications to ensure you feel supported and safe throughout the class.

How do I book a class?

Booking is quick and easy through our website. Simply choose your class time, and confirm your spot. We recommend booking in advance, as our classes tend to fill up quickly.

What should I wear to classes?

We recommend wearing fitted, comfortable workout clothing that allows you to move freely without excess fabric getting in the way. Grip socks are required for safety and hygiene—they help you stay secure on the machine and protect shared equipment. These can be purchased in the studio if you do not have them with you.

Is there parking?

A wide range of free parking is available near the studio. Please arrive 5/10 minutes before your class starts to get settled and ready for your workout. If early, please remain in your car/outside until a few minutes before the class start time. This is to reduce the studio being overcrowded.
