Come and join us at Mimi’s studio for our first ever mumma & baby brunch on 3rd February 2026 for a gentle postnatal yoga flow, followed by brunch and a relaxed social with other local mums.
Sarah @thecreatespacecollective is a women’s wellness coach and certified pre- and postnatal yoga teacher, creating safe, supportive spaces for mums to move, rest, and reconnect. Bring yourself and your little one along for a chance to move your body mindfully, meet other mamas, and enjoy some pastries and a good yap afterwards.
Hosted at Mimi’s Collective, owned by Kristie, who truly understands the importance of community, connection, and wellbeing for mums in the early stages of motherhood.
